Service was quicker than expected on a busy Friday night. Pizza was great!! I usually make my own every Friday night and it’s the best. But, we’re traveling this week so I went online and did my research as to the best pizza in town. Read several reviews about a couple different places. We made a good choice. Rose’s “make your own pizza” was almost as good as my own!!
We love this place! My husband and I moved to Windham from Portland a year and a half ago. We always complained that there were no good places to eat in Windham. We had tried Rustler’s, Gilbert’s, Buck’s..none made us want to come back. Yet Rosa’s! We just found this place and in 1 week we came back twice. Can’t beat the family business with authentic Italian food! We love the salad that they give for starter! Very good!
The best Italian restaurant there is. The marinara sauce is the best. You won't find any better.
One of my friend's who's family owned an Italian restaurant recommended this place. It looked like a tiny hole in the wall, so I'm glad I didn't let that fool me. I spent $8.99 on a meatball sub. We got family style bread and a simple garden salad with Italian dressing. The server was friendly and fast. I went for lunch but want to return for dinner as well. My friend ordered linguine with pesto and chicken and the portion was quite ample. Had she not been super hungry, it easily could have been two meals, one in a to-go box. Go to Rose's. I'm glad I did!
Very good salad but my eggplant pam dish was not impressed. Pasta was over cook, eggplant was to greasy and smell the old cooking oil. My daughter's glass was empty to long for waitress came to fill it and she did not ask anything about their food or service.
