We hired Liberty Bell to move my Mother-in-law into a retirement community. Couldn't have been happier with the whole process. When they came out for the estimate everything was so professional, he explained step-by-step, very clearly so she understood how the move would be handled. We received our estimate, which was very fairly priced right away. The on-line payment/booking system was very easy to use. On moving day, the crew arrived on time, everyone was extremely careful with her antiques, the old house was emptied in 2 1/2 hrs, they arrived at the new house and got everything unloaded, the beds and laundry equipment set up, and were finished with the whole job by mid afternoon. Nothing was damaged in any way. My Mother-in-law was so relieved to be in her new home with all of her possessions safely in-tact. We would highly recommend Liberty Bell.
While moving generally is not fun, Liberty Bell at least makes it easy and painless. From the quote process to follow up after the move was complete, this company provided excellent service. The team arrived early, and each member of the team took the time to introduce themselves before getting right to work. Our belongings were loaded carefully and the house was left clean and unmarked after their work. On arrival at our new home, every box and furniture item was moved into the correct room, and the team took the time to communicate with us about how we wished for larger items to be arranged. It was so nice to not have to move heavy bureaus again after they left! We were impressed to have the company's owner on site at several points during the moving process, and enjoyed everyone's sense of humor. Although we don't plan to move again for a very long time, we would use Liberty Bell again in a heartbeat if we did.
Liberty Bell was great. Communication was quick. Workers worked hard and efficiently THE ENTIRE TIME. They were very friendly with my entire family, without slowing down. We have already recommended them to friends, though we hope we don't need them again for a long time!

The moving crew was great! They showed up promptly and began loading the truck right away. They were very courteous and willing to accommodate my requests for loading the truck with some sense of how it was going to be unpacked. They were great at maximizing the space in the truck, and each item was well packed and protected. Not one item was damaged or broken, and I was not surprised at this. Having these gentlemen help me move out of my house was a tremendous asset, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is performing a move into or out of a house, or from office to office.
