I went across the street to Lowe's and the associate was beyond helpful, ordered just what I wanted & it's being delivered to my home for FREE ! And he did it all in less than 10 minutes, with a smile on his face .
I waited nearly 20 minutes for an associate to help me, the product I wanted was not in stock so the associate said there was nothing he could do to help me ... he didn't even TRY to order it .

Went in to purchase a dishwasher. After watching 1 clerk too busy to acknowledge us or another couple, and another clerk spending 1/2 an hour petting someone's dog. Btw we waiting an hour trying to get someone to help us, we left and went to Lowe's in Portland. There we found pleasant and knowledgeable staff. No Windham Lowe's was a total waste of time!
Great selection of home products. Prices reasonable. Certain departments are lacking in employee coverage to answer questions so you have to hunt one down. Seems like they spend too much time with customers socializing instead of just answering questions and moving on to next shopper.
