Always clean and plenty of exercise machines. Staff is very friendly and pleasant.
Nice gym for beginners to intermediate people seeking their best fit selves! They have a friendly helpful staff that make a point to learn your name and talk to you Everytime you are the! The environment isn't intimidating like some gyms can be! There are plenty of cardio machines so you don't have to wait to use them and they have all the basic weight training accessories. They lack some of the things an advanced athlete may desire and even at an intermediate level I've come across workouts I've wanted to try that I couldnt do there. However, the lack of some of equipment people may like is not at all a hindrance from getting an perfectly challenging workout on a regular basis. The price can't be beat for what you get that's for sure. That being said the great price coupled with frequent deals enticing new members leads to overcrowding several times a year after a big sale draws in newbies. Sadly for them, fortunate for the rest of the members a good number of them dwindle off fairly soon after and you get your uncrowded locker room and showers back!
Friendly staff that greets you a soon as you walk in, they keep the place clean so cleaning up after you're done using the equipment helps, they offer tanning booths, and the massage chairs are great after a workout
Would have given it 5 stars, but a very sneaky $39 annual fee is given to members in July. Seeing that I had not heard of the fee, it resulted in an overdraft from my account... not cool.
Bottled water is half the price I pay elsewhere, staff are friendly, bathrooms are clean and best of all they have the equipment I want laid out in a convenient arrangement.
