When I asked about the other fluids he said a car this new doesn't need them checked every oil change.
Sell the land off it's surely worth more than this pitiful business.
Don't go there!! Liars, bad businessmen and false promises. Needed job done quick, they said they could "do the job that day, no problem". I had car towed immediately with AAA, 1 time tow.
Fast and efficient. Lol they vacuumed 6 cups of dirt from my air filter for me!!
If I could I would give a negative 5 star review. Went in for an oil change and next day car losing power and smoking. Checked oil level. Way over! 3 quarts! Owner never apologized, they drained three quarts stating extra oil doesn't hurt car. Absolutely no faith and owner didn't support a manager that was trying to help me. If you want to take care of your car go next door to the other oil changing company!
Worst experience ever.
My business operates a number of heavy duty trucks in our fleet. Sammy's has done a fantastic job servicing and cleaning our vehicles since we began in 2012. They provide the best customers service experience of any lube and have a fantastic car wash. I know when I bring in a vehicle the work will be done quickly and properly. This is the peace of mind I need to help my business run smoothly. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.
They claimed to check all fluids, they never checked any other than oil when they were done.
Then was told 3x he'd call back with quote by xx:xx, but I had to call them to hear "I haven't done it yet". Next day, still no quote, vehicle still not looked at and now job couldn't be done that day either. I asked to have the car towed somewhere else, and they said no. Then he tried to tell me, "I said I would "look" at it yesterday". LIE! I know exactly what he said. I had no options. They expected me to pay for weekend tow or go without the car until, god only knew! Buyer Beware!!!
I should have known when the Promoto had a line 3 cars long at each door and Sammy's was empty.
